Getting Support

Support for Basic Hosting (Email and FTP) is free
Email and FTP are both very old technologies and it seldom takes more than a minute or two to solve problems

  • Support for Advanced Hosting is billable by the hour
    • CalDAV/WebDAV protocols, while not new, are not as common as email and FTP - Computerisms cannot know all clients and their idiosyncrasies
    • If it turns out a problem is found on the server, it will not be billed.
