- Email and FTP are both very old technologies and it seldom takes more than a minute or two to solve problems
- Support for Advanced Hosting is billable by the hour
- CalDAV/WebDAV protocols, while not new, are not as common as email and FTP - Computerisms cannot know all clients and their idiosyncrasies
- If it turns out a problem is found on the server, it will not be billed.
