Video Instructions for configuring Email on Outlook
Calendar
- In order to make the calendar and address book work for outlook, you will need a third party plugin. Here is a list of compatible ones, though each has it's limitations, and none has been tested in production by me:

- TESTED Outlook 2010: this program works well, but was confusing to setup and not entirely intuitive to use
- http://www.bynari.net
- TESTED Outlook 2013: this program worked reliably, fit the outlook workflow well, and was easy to setup.
- CalDAV calendars cannot be "primary" calendars in outlook 2013, so one has to remember after accepting an invite to go to the calendar and move it to the CalDAV calendar
- TESTED Outlook 2013: this program worked reliably, fit the outlook workflow well, and was easy to setup.
