Windows 10 Start Menu and taskbar not working
Windows 10 has a known bug that makes all the windows apps including Start Menu, Cortana, Windows app store and etc... not working.
- To fix that issue:
- Make sure that you set the Folder Options to "Show hidden files, folders, and drives"
- Open the file explorer and navigate to: C:\Users\"%YourAccountName"\AppData\Local
- Delete the TileDataLayer folder and reboot your computer
