If a visit is required and the problem is not due to a malfunction in the hosting service, [http://www.computerisms.ca/index.php/business-network-management hourly billing] will be applied.

Support for Advanced Hosting is [http://www.computerisms.ca/index.php/business-network-management billable by the hour]

CalDAV/CardDAV/WebDAV are implemented differently on each device and/or program. Therefore they require much more skill and time to be able to troubleshoot.

If it turns out a problem is found on one of our servers, it will not be billed.
